Welcome to AppNest Prayer Times App. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the AppNest Prayer Times App (referred to as "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our application.

2. Description of Service

AppNest provides an application designed to assist Muslims with accurate prayer times, adhan notifications, and related features. The App is currently available as a beta testing version and may undergo changes before its final release.

3. User Registration and Data

To participate in our beta testing program or to use certain features of the App, you may need to provide personal information such as your email address. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update such information as necessary.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
  • You agree not to use the App for any illegal purposes or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App.
  • You acknowledge that prayer times provided are calculated based on established methods but may require adjustment based on local conventions. The App is intended as a helpful tool, not as a definitive religious authority.

5. Device Permissions

The App may request certain permissions on your device, including:

  • Location Services: Required to calculate accurate prayer times based on your geographic location.
  • Notifications: Required to send prayer time alerts and adhan notifications.
  • Storage Access: Required to save preferences and settings.
  • Network Access: Required to update prayer times and synchronize data.
  • Run at Startup: Required to ensure notifications work after device restart.

These permissions are optional but may affect the functionality of the App if not granted.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by AppNest and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content from our App without explicit permission.

7. User Content

If the App allows you to submit feedback, suggestions, or other content, you grant AppNest a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. AppNest is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites or services linked to from our App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. APPNEST DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPNEST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

11. Religious Content Disclaimer

The App provides prayer times and Islamic content as a service to users. While we strive for accuracy, we do not claim religious authority. Users should verify sensitive religious information with qualified scholars or local mosques when in doubt.

12. Changes to the Terms

AppNest reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

13. Termination

AppNest may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AppNest operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
