1. Our Commitment

ApnaKarak is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We strictly prohibit any content or behavior that endangers children, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or any form of sexual exploitation of minors.

2. Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on ApnaKarak:

• Uploading, sharing, or soliciting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• Any content that depicts, promotes, or normalizes the sexual exploitation of minors.
• Grooming or predatory behavior towards minors.
• Sexualization of fictional characters resembling minors.

3. Reporting Mechanisms

We provide robust tools for users to report violations:

• In-App Reporting: Users can report posts, comments, or profiles directly within the app by tapping the "Report" button and selecting "Inappropriate content" or "Harassment".
• Email Reporting: Users can report safety concerns directly to our safety team at [email protected].

4. Enforcement & Cooperation

Upon identifying any content or behavior violating these standards:

• Immediate Removal: The content will be removed immediately.
• Account Termination: The offending user account will be permanently banned.
• Reporting to Authorities: We will report the content and user details to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies as required by law.
