Introduction

Welcome to APPNEST. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at https://appnest.live and the APPNEST family of mobile applications — including Prayer Times, Iqamah Times, Land Surveyor, Chem Nest, ApnaKarak, Charge Analyzer, WhatsUnseen, APPNEST Downloader and Invoice Kit (together, the “Service”) — operated by APPNEST (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service. Some apps also have their own additional terms (for example Land Surveyor and ApnaKarak) which apply alongside this document.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using APPNEST services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Additionally, when using our services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our services
• You agree to use services in compliance with all applicable laws
• You accept responsibility for all activities under your account

2. Description of Services

APPNEST publishes Android applications and operates this website. Our current app family includes:

• Prayer Times — Islamic prayer times, Adhan alerts, Qibla, Quran and Hijri calendar
• Iqamah Times — masjid prayer display board for TVs and tablets
• Land Surveyor — professional surveying calculations and field tools
• Chem Nest — chemistry toolkit, periodic table and calculators
• ApnaKarak — community app for Karak District (news, jobs, rides, community features)
• Charge Analyzer — battery and charger diagnostics
• WhatsUnseen — notification history and status tools
• APPNEST Downloader — video downloading and media tools
• Invoice Kit — invoicing and receipts (currently in closed testing)

Apps marked as closed testing are pre-release software provided for evaluation and may change, break or be withdrawn without notice.

3. Accounts & User Content

Most APPNEST apps work without any account or sign-in. Some community features (for example in ApnaKarak) let you create a profile and post content:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms

User-Generated Content

Where our apps allow posting, chatting or sharing (posts, comments, listings, messages), you remain fully responsible for the content you share. You must not post content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, misleading or violates others’ rights. We may remove content and restrict accounts that break these rules, and we maintain zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.

4. Purchases & Subscriptions

Some apps offer optional paid features — for example ad removal subscriptions, supporter themes or professional tools. All payments are processed by Google Play Billing; we never see or store your payment card details.

• Prices are shown in Google Play before you buy, in your local currency
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play → Subscriptions
• Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period remains active
• Refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund policy; you can also contact us for help
• One-time purchases made before a feature moved to subscription remain honored

5. Advertising

Some of our apps show advertising (served by Google AdMob and its mediation partners) to keep them free. Where ads exist, an ad-free option is usually available as an in-app subscription. The website itself shows no advertising.

Blocking or interfering with ad delivery in ad-supported apps may limit app functionality until ads are restored or an ad-free option is purchased.

6. Acceptable Use

You may NOT:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws when downloading media
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or APIs
• Scrape, overload or disrupt our services, or access them with automated tools
• Harvest or collect user information without consent
• Use our services to spam or harass others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Tamper with, patch or redistribute modified versions of our apps

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of APPNEST and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Your Rights

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal use in accordance with these Terms. Professional use of tools such as Land Surveyor and Invoice Kit within your own work is permitted.

Restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works
• You may not reverse engineer or decompile our software
• You may not remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• You may not use our trademarks without written permission

Prayer Times Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate prayer times, we recommend verifying with local Islamic authorities. Prayer times may vary based on calculation methods and local conventions.

Surveying & Technical Calculations

Tools such as Land Surveyor, Chem Nest and Charge Analyzer provide calculations for assistance and information. They are not a substitute for professional judgment, certified instruments or official records. Always verify results that carry legal, financial or safety consequences according to your professional standards.

Service Interruptions

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may suspend or modify services for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall APPNEST be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services during the twelve (12) months prior to the incident.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Your Right to Terminate

You may terminate your use of our services at any time by discontinuing use of our website and uninstalling our mobile applications. Active subscriptions should be cancelled in Google Play to stop future charges.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions and liability limitations.

Changes to Terms
