Rules and regulations for the use of Apna Karak Application.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Apna Karak mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Community Guidelines
Apna Karak is a community platform. Users must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Respect: Treat all community members with respect. Harassment, hate speech, and bullying are strictly prohibited.
- Authenticity: Do not impersonate others or provide false information.
- Safety: Do not post content that promotes violence, illegal acts, or self-harm.
- Appropriate Content: Nudity, sexually explicit content, and graphic violence are not allowed.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you post (news, jobs, marketplace items). However, by posting, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app. You are solely responsible for the content you create.
4. Marketplace & Jobs
Apna Karak provides a platform for users to list items for sale and job opportunities. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers or employers and employees. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items or jobs listed.
5. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Apna Karak, nor its developers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes.
