Charge Analyzer Terms of Service
These Terms apply to the Charge Analyzer Android app (com.appnest.chargeanalyzer), published by APPNEST on Google Play. By installing or using the app, you agree to them.
1. About Charge Analyzer
Charge Analyzer shows your battery level, charging speed, current, voltage, temperature and battery health. It can test chargers and cables, alert you while charging, and keep a history of charging and discharging sessions.
All battery history is stored on your device.
2. Advertising
The app shows ads served by Google AdMob and its partners. Ads keep the app free. You can limit personalised ads in your Android settings.
Blocking ads in the app may limit some features until ads are allowed again or you buy the ad-free option.
3. Purchases and refunds
The app is free. You can remove all ads with an optional monthly subscription from the Remove Ads screen in the app.
- The price is shown in Google Play, in your local currency, before you buy
- The subscription renews every month until you cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions
- When you cancel, the app stays ad-free until the end of the month you already paid for
All payments are made through Google Play Billing. APPNEST never sees or stores your card or bank details. Refunds follow the Google Play refund policy, and you can also contact us for help.
4. Acceptable use
When you use Charge Analyzer, you agree to these rules:
- Do not use the app to make claims about a charger or phone that you sell or review as if they were certified results
- Do not copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the app, or share modified versions of it
- Do not try to get unauthorised access to our servers or overload them with automated requests
- Do not use the app to break the law or the rights of other people
5. Important notices
Readings are estimates
The app shows what Android and your phone hardware report. Many phones report current, battery health and capacity as estimates, and some do not report them at all. Readings can differ from lab equipment and between phones.
Not a safety device
Charge Analyzer does not control charging and cannot protect your phone. If your phone or charger gets very hot, swells or smells of burning, unplug it at once, whatever the app shows. Follow your phone maker’s advice for safe charging.
6. Privacy
How the app handles data is explained in the Charge Analyzer Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
7. Ownership and licence
The app, its design and its content belong to APPNEST. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, under these Terms. Other names and brands mentioned in the app belong to their owners.
8. No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and working, but we do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or right for your purpose. Features may change or be removed in updates.
9. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, APPNEST is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, that comes from using or not being able to use the app. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you, including in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.
11. Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription, so cancel it in Google Play first. We may stop providing the app, or block access for anyone who breaks these Terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the app changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using the app after a change, the new Terms apply.
