Introduction

Welcome to the Privacy Policy for the Invoice Kit app, developed by APPNEST. Invoice Kit lets you create professional invoices, export branded PDFs with your logo, signature and stamp, and print receipts on POS thermal printers. This policy explains exactly what the app stores and how your data is handled.

Our approach is simple: your business data stays on your device. Invoice Kit has no user accounts and no sign-in, and your invoices, customers, items, and branding images are never uploaded to any server. The only information sent to us is anonymous device and usage analytics, described below.

What We Access

Invoice Kit keeps all of your business data on your device. The only thing it reads from your device is an image you choose yourself:

• Photos you pick: When you add a company logo, signature, or stamp, the app reads only the single image you select through the system picker. It does not browse or scan your gallery.
• Internet access: Used to check for app updates, send the anonymous analytics described below, and serve ads (see “Ads” below). Your invoices are never transmitted.

Invoice Kit does not request your contacts, location, camera, or microphone, and it does not read messages or files from other apps.

How Your Data Is Stored

All invoices, presets, company details and branding images are stored only in Invoice Kit's private storage on your phone. This content is not accessible to other apps and is never transmitted off your device.

• No content uploads: Your invoices, customers, and business details never leave your phone.
• No content on our servers: Invoice Kit does not send your invoices or customer data to APPNEST or anyone else.
• No accounts: There is no login, profile, or cloud sync of your content.

PDF, Printing & Sharing

When you export a PDF, share an invoice, or print a receipt, the file is generated locally on your device. If you choose to share it, the invoice is sent only through the app you select (for example WhatsApp, email, or your printer) — APPNEST never receives a copy.

Analytics & Device Information

To understand where the app is used and which versions are active, Invoice Kit sends a small amount of anonymous device information to APPNEST. This helps us fix problems, prioritise updates, and improve the app. It contains no invoice, customer, or business data.

• Device details: Device model, manufacturer, Android version, app version, language, and timezone.
• Connection & location: Network type and an approximate location (country and city) derived from your IP address. We do not use GPS or precise location.
• Install info: A random device identifier so repeat reports from the same device are not double-counted.

This analytics data is used only in aggregate for app insights and is never sold or used to personally identify you.

Ads

Invoice Kit is free and supported by occasional full-screen (interstitial) ads shown at natural break points as you move between screens — never while you are editing an invoice. Ads are served by Google AdMob.

• What ad partners process: To show and measure ads, Google AdMob and its partners may process your device’s advertising ID, coarse (non-precise) signals, and general device information. Your invoices, customers, and business data are never used for ads and never leave your device.
• Consent: Where required (for example in the EEA/UK), the app shows a Google-provided consent form (UMP) before requesting ads, and respects your choice.
• Your controls: You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device’s Google settings, or remove ads entirely with the optional subscription described below.

Google’s handling of ad data is governed by the Google Ads / AdMob policies.

Remove Ads (Optional Subscription)

You can remove all ads with an optional monthly subscription, available from the Remove Ads screen in the app. Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing — APPNEST never sees or stores your payment details. The app only receives a confirmation that the subscription is active in order to disable ads. You can cancel anytime from your Google Play account.

Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Your invoices and customer data are never shared because they never leave your device. The third-party services the app relies on are: Google AdMob (ads, see above), Google Play Billing (the optional Remove Ads subscription), and an IP geolocation provider used solely to convert your IP address into an approximate country and city for the anonymous analytics described above.

Data Deletion

You are always in full control of your data. You can delete individual invoices and presets from within the app, or remove all of it at once by clearing the app's data or uninstalling Invoice Kit — this permanently removes every invoice, preset and branding image the app holds on your device.

The only data on our servers is the anonymous device analytics record. You may request deletion of that record at any time by contacting us at [email protected] with your device model and approximate install date so we can identify it.

Children's Privacy

Invoice Kit is a business tool intended for general audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and ads are not requested with child-directed treatment. The only data we receive is the anonymous device analytics described above, which does not identify any individual user, including minors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the app evolves. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
