APPNEST Video Downloader Terms of Service
These Terms apply to the APPNEST Video Downloader Android app (com.appnestdownloader), published by APPNEST on Google Play. By installing or using the app, you agree to them.
1. About APPNEST Video Downloader
APPNEST Video Downloader lets you paste a link to a public video or post and save the media file to your own device. It also includes media tools such as a video compressor, a video-to-audio converter, an audio cutter and a WhatsApp status saver.
The app does not host any videos. Our server reads the public link you give it and returns the file address, and the file is saved straight to your phone. We do not keep copies of your downloads.
2. Advertising
The app shows ads served by Google AdMob and its partners. Ads keep the app free. You can limit personalised ads in your Android settings.
Blocking ads in the app may limit some features until ads are allowed again or you buy the ad-free option.
3. Purchases and refunds
The app is free. You can remove all ads with an optional monthly subscription from the Remove Ads screen in the app.
- The price is shown in Google Play, in your local currency, before you buy
- The subscription renews every month until you cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions
- When you cancel, the app stays ad-free until the end of the month you already paid for
All payments are made through Google Play Billing. APPNEST never sees or stores your card or bank details. Refunds follow the Google Play refund policy, and you can also contact us for help.
4. Acceptable use
When you use APPNEST Video Downloader, you agree to these rules:
- Download only content that you own, that the owner has allowed you to download, or that the law in your country lets you save for personal use
- Do not use downloaded content in ways that break copyright, such as re-uploading, selling or claiming it as your own
- Respect the terms of the website the content comes from
- Do not use the app to download private content that you are not allowed to see
- Do not copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the app, or share modified versions of it
- Do not try to get unauthorised access to our servers or overload them with automated requests
- Do not use the app to break the law or the rights of other people
5. Important notices
Copyright is your responsibility
All videos, music and images belong to their owners. APPNEST does not own, host or check the content you download, and you alone are responsible for how you use it. If you believe content saved through the app breaks your rights, contact us and we will help where we can.
Supported websites can change
Websites change how they work, so a site that works today may stop working tomorrow. We may add, pause or remove support for any website at any time, and we refuse links to some kinds of sites, such as adult content.
Not affiliated with any platform
APPNEST Video Downloader is not made by, endorsed by or connected to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, X, YouTube, Terabox or any other website it works with. Their names and logos belong to their owners.
6. Privacy
How the app handles data is explained in the APPNEST Video Downloader Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
7. Ownership and licence
The app, its design and its content belong to APPNEST. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, under these Terms. Other names and brands mentioned in the app belong to their owners.
8. No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and working, but we do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or right for your purpose. Features may change or be removed in updates.
9. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, APPNEST is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, that comes from using or not being able to use the app. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you, including in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.
11. Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription, so cancel it in Google Play first. We may stop providing the app, or block access for anyone who breaks these Terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the app changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using the app after a change, the new Terms apply.
